I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Fam Properties and Al Fahim. I purchased an apartment that was supposed to be rented, only to discover that the tenant had already left—without anyone informing me. I later found out that the tenant had been planning to leave since May, yet no one from either party communicated this to me. The lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. It feels like the only priority was to complete the sale, with no regard for proper disclosure or after-sale support. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would not recommend working with either company based on this.

I enquired about a listed property with Didan Kader. He was not aware of the property no. And didn't accompany for viewing. As we were knocking at different property. As a investor, I have all rights to explore other options. He said the property is exclusively with him. So, I was also exploring other listings in the same building. Unfortunately the same unit was with other agent (I came to know only the agent took me to the house) and the picture and video what the other agent sent was different from Didan's listing. Didan happened to know about it and asked me that if I'm proceeding with that property I have to consider him and sign contract with him. I said okay, let me get back on Sunday after daylight viewing. I replied on Sunday that I'm not proceeding with that unit, but there is no response from him. When I moved to Dubai, I had a agent from Fam property to assist me with rental agreement and the agent was so nice and he even replies me till now for any clarification. That's how you maintain client relation. Didan was not good enough to maintain client relationship. When the client doesn't buy property from you, you shouldn't blame the client. They have all rights to explore other options and it's their own money.
